Project Brief:

Design a thought provoking poster design that talks about the media.

Concpet:

My design concept for the one-liner "People are nuts if they think they are important" features the message displayed on a TV screen with a family or group of people watching. It reflects humanity's historical tendency to view themselves as superior beings, a mindset now amplified by media where fame often defines importance. To tie this perspective to its historical roots, I gave the poster a vintage, old-timey feel. Additionally, I used color-blocking—such as a red clock, blue TV, and orange people—to highlight how this way of thinking persists today by giving it a more modern feel.

Design a thought provoking poster design that talks about the way we view beauty.

Concept:

Beauty is more than skin deep, yet women are often judged and valued primarily for their physical appearance. I created this poster to expose that reality and encourage viewers to question how society objectifies women's bodies. The model's pose is intentionally ambiguous—it can be interpreted as either frustrated or sensual, reflecting the way women's emotions and identities are often overshadowed by how their bodies are perceived.
